Great atmosphere and food was lovely, make sure your fit as walking down and trekking up from the food area will be a struggle for some and definitely for the disabled if no parking is available.

My wife suffered a really bad experience with this poor excuse of a man , initial advice before she paid was fine ,but when she phoned with an issue with the dowells being too big, instead of offering advice on how to rectify it as we've previously spent over £200 with them ,he just made her feel like it was her fault for ordering wrongly , she previously explained she is disabled and has dyslexia so pictures were sent so he could choose what items were required himself .By the end of the conversation my wife was so upset she just agreed with him and put the phone down .My only advice is if you have any disability whatsoever please do not buy from this company as this person in charge will make you feel terrible .Let's just hope Karma works it's magic .

I feel this company needs to wake up and understand it has customers. I will NOT recommend it to any of my own customers and colleagues or use them again. The man that I spoke to at this company was deeply offensive about the issue I had and shouted down the phone - even when I asked him to stop doing so. There was no resolution or suggestions and he put the phone down on me. I am left with a product I cannot use. Admittedly I ordered something the wrong size/too long and was trying to get help with that. After having a car accident and being in hospital for some time I called as soon as I was able to, to try and resolve the problem. Skiddaw not only refused to help or make any suggestions but were very rude and he questioned the truth that I'd had an accident. I have a broken sternum etc. The original transaction online was swift however the customer care attitude by this company (this representative) is appalling.
