Nicely maintained course. Some challenging holes and quite a few ups and downs. But the scenery makes it all worthwhile. Wasn't busy when I played on a Monday in early August. Well worth a visit.

Views on this golf course are absolutely stunning. It has no bunkers, which was strange. When we played it, the greens had not been swept, as it was full of worm casts, which was slightly annoying as we had to constantly having to flatten them out when putting.

Great course with beautiful surroundings! Couple of steep holes so golf shoes/studs a must. Would be abit difficult for an amateur

Nice course to play on a summers day. This course is a little quirky with some good holes. At height of summer the fairways don’t run much and the greens are quite slow, but it was certainly enjoyable. You will also have quite a few shots off a slope (to be expected given location). Clubhouse service and steak pie with Yorkshire pudding was first class. Overall great value. Recommend.

The course was in great condition when I played the end of August. Some brilliant holes & the second time I've played within 4 weeks. Friendly staff & nice food. I'll definitely be going back.

Five of us played, 3 ball and 2 ball and it was a great few hours. The course is well laid out and has some challenging holes as well as some good score chances. The greens were not in the greatest condition hence 4/5. Lovely club house with a decent selection of beers on tap and a well stocked menu. Hope to return again.

Brilliant course with some of the best views in the Lake District. A good mix of challenging holes to keep the round entertaining against friends. Boggy patches dotted around the course but nothing that affected the round. Would recommend playing this course if you're in the area, has to be seen to be appreciated.

A well maintained golf course with superb views of the surrounding mountains, the greens and fairways are in excellent condition, this course has something for everyone, with a good mix of long and short holes, the view of the 18th green as you come round the dog leg is great. If you get the chance play this one, I don't think you will be disappointed.
